Property Litigation Solicitor – This is a wonderful opportunity to join a top Legal 500 firm based in an affluent town in West Kent. Our clients have been advising individuals, organisations and businesses for over 40 years have asked now us to find them a further Property Litigation Solicitor to join their award-winning team, working alongside a Partner.

About the Role
You will be working closely with a highly experienced litigation Partner on a range of high value and interesting property related disputes whilst managing your own caseload. You will be advising and representing clients on a wide range of contentious property disputes, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, 1954 Act business lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges and forfeiture claims, along with real property issues, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants and adverse possession.

Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a candidate with 1–4 years of relevant PQE in a busy litigation department. The ideal applicant will be ambitious, proactive, and capable of working independently, using sound judgement and strong problem solving skills to manage tasks effectively and deliver results.
