Property Litigation Solicitor – This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor looking to further their career with a top south west London legal practice that have seen consistent growth over the past several years.

About the Role
Our client is now looking for a senior property litigation solicitor with a pragmatic approach and a detailed knowledge in commercial and property litigation matters. You will be dealing with clients from SMEs to nationally recognised corporations across a range of industry sectors on medium to HNW disputes. You will need to show a solid track record of handling a busy caseload of contentious property matters including, commercial and residential lease renewals & enfranchisement, various neighbouring disputes, termination of leases, building alterations without consent and property related professional negligence.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a candidate who is willing and comfortable to participate in the further growth and future development of the department and the practice. You will need to have at least 5 years PQE, a professional approach; as well as excellent client care skills and a positive attitude. Supervising and assisting junior members of the team goes without saying in this friendly yet professional environment.
