Property Litigation Solicitor - Our clients, who have several offices along the West Sussex coast and have gone from strength to strength in the past few years, are now looking for a technically strong and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution department.

About the Role
This experienced team have a record of bringing and defending high level property dispute claims for commercial and residential clients. You will be taking on an interesting caseload of lease renewals, boundary disputes, L &T matters, construction disputes, neighbour disputes and dilapidations claims.

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in candidates who ideally have 3+ years PQE, who are comfortable in running their own caseload with minimal supervision and have a strong network of both clients and referrers in the local and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will also have good business development skills within the local community, excellent client service manner and leadership skills.
