Real Estate Finance Solicitor - Our client, a medium-sized, highly regarded Chambers listed practice are now seeking a talented Property Finance Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked Real Estate Finance team at their London offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing firm, advising lenders, investors, and developers on a wide range of real estate finance transactions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and assist on complex, high-value matters involving secured lending, property portfolio finance, development finance, and refinancing arrangements. You will work closely with clients including banks, bridging and specialist lenders, and private investors, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be 2+PQE and have solid experience in real estate finance, strong technical skills, and a thorough understanding of property security, due diligence, and loan documentation. You will be confident liaising with clients and counterpart solicitors, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
