Residential Property Solicitor– With a history dating back over 150 years in Essex and Hertfordshire, our client is now looking for a further property lawyer to join their expanding team.

About the Role  
The property department handle a range of matters, including, sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, residential freehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and residential property for development. You will be managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters independently with minimal supervision; whilst also being willing to contribute and collaborate to ensure the success of the team as a whole.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking at Solicitors or Legal Executives with 2-4+ years relevant PQE; a solid grounding in all areas of property transactions and preferably from a similar sized regional firm or city practice. You will need excellent communication skills, a keen interest in business development and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and other teams within the firm.
