Residential Property – Our client boasts a refreshing approach to delivering legal services using modern technology, however, retains their heritage and traditional values. They are now seeking a Residential Conveyancer, either Solicitor or Charted Legal Executive to join their 7 strong property team.

About the Role 
Due to an influx in work, our client is now seeking a further 1 PQE+ Residential Property Conveyancer to step into an existing and diverse property caseload. You will be expected to have a previous track record and in depth understanding of both simple and complex property transactions, including sales and purchases, remortgages, new build, right to buy and lease extensions.

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with between 1-4 years PQE and who have previously worked in a busy residential property department. You will be expected to develop your local knowledge and build strong networks with agents and other key partners. You will need to show a keen interest in business development and assist in marketing events for the firm.
