£24,000 - £35,000

Residential Property Lawyer - Our clients, a leading Kent firm have asked us to find them a further residential property Lawyer, either Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join their thriving Legal 500 team at their West Kent offices. 

About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Executive that has developed their conveyancing skills within a top property department and who can work with minimal supervision. You will be tasked with running your own caseload of sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and lease extensions.

Candidate Requirements
Ideally you will have at least 3 years experience and a solid understanding and track record of the residential property process. You will develop your local knowledge and build strong networks with agents and other key partners. You will need to show a keen interest in business development and have a confident and self-motivated demeanour. A high standard of client care and a meticulous attention detail are essential for this position.
