Residential Property Paralegal - Our client, a busy conveyancing specialist with several offices around Kent and the Southeast of London are now looking for a further property Paralegal, to join their expanding team.

About the Role 
This is a very busy property department that advise and assists their clients on a range of property matters and transactions. This includes residential sales & purchase, equity release, joint ownership, new build, right to buy and mortgages & re-mortgages.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a Paralegal with at least 6 months+ relevant experience of assisting Solicitors and/or managing their own residential caseload under supervision. You will need to be highly organised, have strong IT skills and excellent client facing manner.
