Residential Property Paralegal - With multiple offices in Surrey and Southwest London, our client, a Top 200 and Chambers ranked practice is now seeking a residential property Paralegal with at least 18 months relevant experience to join their team at their Surrey offices.

About the Role
This firm boasts a large and comprehensive property department, acting for all manner of clients on every aspect of conveyancing. Enthusiastic & hard working, you will be assisting Partners to senior Paralegals in the running of live files from instructions through to post completion. The work involves liaising with all parties and providing administrative assistance throughout the conveyancing process. This will include file opening, AML compliance, submitting AP1 and SDLT forms, dealing with administrative exchange formalities completion and post completion tasks, drafting financial statements and invoices and general admin duties.

Candidate Requirements
Ideally you will have at least 18 months experience and a good understanding of the residential property process. A high standard of client care and a meticulous attention detail are essential for this position. This is a well-managed and forward-thinking firm offering top quality work in an excellent location.
