Residential Property Solicitor - This large, multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in Kent and Sussex has asked us to find them a further residential property Solicitor to join their team at their South coast offices.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused professional to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and well-resourced firm. You will be responsible for handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, acting for both buyers and sellers. The role includes managing a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and buy-to-let matters.

Candidate Requirements
The role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and a proven track record. You will take an active role in building and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents, brokers and other property professionals, and will demonstrate a genuine interest in business development within the local community.
