Residential Property Solicitor - Our client is a well-established full-service law firm based in Surrey, providing high-quality legal advice to both private and commercial clients. They are now looking for an experienced property Solicitor to join their busy team. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. You will be expected to handle transactions efficiently while maintaining the firm’s high standards of client care and compliance.

Candidate Profile
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of qualified Solicitors with 2–4 years’ PQE, experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing. You will possess strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to manage files independently while contributing effectively within a supportive team environment. A strong degree of organisation with excellent attention to detail is essential to ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to the highest professional standard.
