Residential Property Team Leader - Our client, a busy conveyancing specialist with several offices around Kent and the southeast of London are now looking for a further Conveyancing Team Leader, either Solicitor or Legal Executive, to join their expanding team.

About the Role  
This is a very busy property department that advises and assists their clients on a range of property matters and transactions. This includes residential sales & purchase, equity release, joint ownership, new build right to buy and mortgages & re-mortgages. You will oversee a busy residential property team, supporting fee earners while ensuring a high standard of client care. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members, driving performance, and contributing to the continued success of the department.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5+ years relevant experience of managing a busy and complex residential caseload. You will need to show the ability to support and mentor team members, oversee workflow and service standards, maintain strong client relationships whilst ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory procedures are being met.
