Senior Residential Property Solicitor - Our clients are a leading multi office Legal 500 firm, situated in Surrey with a reputation for their excellent service and quality work. They have asked us to find them a further senior conveyancing solicitor to join their busy department.

About the Role
You will be joining an excellent team that undertakes a broad range of HNW residential property matters, including:
-        High value sales and purchase
-        Mortgages
-        Plot sales and new build developments
-        Country houses
-        Secured lending
-        Acquisitions and disposals

Candidate Requirements
-        You will be a residential property solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
-        Experience of working on high value transactions on behalf of high-net worth clients
-        A meticulous eye for detail
-        Experience of leading junior members of a team is advantageous but not essential
