Senior Residential Property Solicitor - Our clients are a busy, full-service South London firm with a long-established history. This Lexcel and CQS accredited firm are now seeking an experienced residential property solicitor to join their team and potentially head that team after 12 months. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious, forward thinking individual looking to take the step up.

About the Role
The property department handle a range of matters, including, sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortaguges, transfer of equity, residential freehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and residential property for development. You will be managing your own caseload, drafting residential property contracts, transfers of part, deeds of easement, leases, deeds of variation, private legal charges and other documentation in order to achieve the desired outcome in the client’s best interests.

Candidate Requirements
You will need to have at least 6 years experience in handling HNW transactions; supported by a good billing record. You will be comfortable with the use of IT systems and possess the ability to drive the conveyancing process efficiently at every stage. Experience in developing business and the mentoring of junior staff is essential.
