Family Lawyer - This highly regarded regional law firm, with an outstanding reputation is now looking for a further family lawyer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy team at their Kent offices.

About the Role
This dynamic department is looking to appoint an ambitious family lawyer to handle a privately funded matrimonial caseload on behalf of medium to high net worth clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and progressing their caseload, consisting of:
-        Divorce/civil partnership
-        Children Act proceedings including removal from the jurisdiction
-        Separation, co habitation, pre-nuptial, and post nuptial agreements
-        Family Law Act applications
-        Financial applications including high net worth clients and those with business assets, offshore assets, trusts etc

Candidate Requirements
They are ideally looking for a candidate with at least 3+ years’ experience of managing a similar caseload within a top regional practice. Due to a high amount of mediation; Resolution Membership would be advantageous. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision and be able to address matters efficiently. Therefore, good organisation and communication skills are essential.
