You will be dealing with all aspects of freehold & leasehold residential conveyancing from initial instruction through to post completion. Other areas covered include re-mortgages, shared ownership, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, buy to let transactions, plot sales, related development work and housing association matters. Transactions range in value and complexity from first time buyers to high net worth properties in London and the South.
