Litigation Solicitor – This small but friendly, client focused practice with two offices situated on the South coast have asked us to find them a Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

About the Role
Due to a continuous stream of work, our busy client now needs an experienced Litigation Solicitor to handle a mixed litigation caseload. This will consist of contract disputes, construction disputes, L&T matters, property disputes, debt collection, insolvency, share purchase agreements, employment settlement agreements and probate disputes.   

Candidate Requirements
This is a senior level position and with that they are interested in seeing the CV’s of solicitors with 4+ years relevant PQE. You will need to have a keen attitude to actively develop the practice by networking and participating in marketing events. You will need to be:
-        Energetic
-        Personable with good client facing skills
-        Able to work well as part of a successful team
