Residential Property Assistant – Based in their picturesque, central offices, our client offers an excellent opportunity for a career Paralegal or trainee Legal Executive to join a well-established and supportive property team.

About the Role  
This role would suit a Paralegal or trainee Legal Executive with c.2 years experience. You will be joining a dynamic department, working closely with senior members of the team on a variety of property transactions, including, purchase and sales, remortgages, leases and equity release.

Candidate Requirements
They are seeking an ambitious, hands-on individual who can use their own initiative and who has problem-solving skills to complete tasks set to them and to get the job done, however, is happy to ask sensible questions when faced with an unfamiliar challenge.
