Residential Property Lawyer – This well established, National multi office practice has asked us to find them a further Residential Conveyancing fee earner to join their experienced and highly regarded team at their Coastal Essex office. 

About the Role  
They are looking for a commercially aware solicitor with relevant experience in handing a busy caseload of residential transactions including, freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and remortgages and the acquisition of development sites and related estate conveyancing. 

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of 1-3 year+ PQE Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with excellent residential transaction experience. You should be a professional team player with good networking and client facing skills, keen to help maintain the firm's excellent reputation.
