Residential Property Lawyer – Our client, a medium-sized and highly regarded legal practice with offices across Kent are now seeking a further Residential Property Lawyer to join their award-winning team due to expansion.

About the Role
This is a very busy property department that advise and assists their clients on a range of property matters and transactions. This includes residential sales & purchase, equity release, joint ownership, new build right to buy and mortgages & re-mortgages.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 years relevant experience of managing a busy and complex residential caseload. You will need to be highly organised, have strong IT skills and excellent client facing manner. Due to having branches across Kent, you can be based at one of several locations.
